Hadn't been to Universal Studios in about 10-12 years, can't really remember. Still the same but some nice new rides. The Mummy, Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones are high tech and thrilling. The Water World live show is fun and you get the feeling one wrong move and the actors really could get hurt. The crashed 747 scene from the movie War of the Worlds is new to us. A complete 747 blown to pieces in the middle of a neighborhood, still smoldering. For the soap opera buffs they have the complete neighborhood where they film the Desperate Housewives. And of course it's always neat seeing the actual sets of films new and old such as King Kong, Spartacus, Bruce the Almighty, Jaws and many more Lastly, outside of the actual park there is the new Universal City Walk. A collection of 60 restaurants, shops, movie theaters and more.
